"Not good. Have cockroach when enter the room. Most important things is I booking the hotel "Euro Rich" through this Hotel.com, but it showing "GrandView Hotel" when I clicked in to book. I thought is a new name for the same hotel since I am from Kuching. Its very much different of GrandView Hotel compare to Euro Rich Hotel, especially the transport to town area.
