"Great stay! Loved accessibility to the subway. Easy to navigate uptown and downtown and drops you right at the front door of the hotel. Perfect for late night transit. Area is walkable and feels very safe (we were two female travelers). Printemps department store is a block away and a must see! Hotel bar is a good deal - loved the espresso martini. "I was actually shocked with how clean the room was. I was so scared it was going to have bed bugs because I know that’s a thing in New York, but I checked and it was all clear. I stayed here with my daughter last minute and the staff was very kind to her (she’s 3). And she enjoyed the breakfast very much. The elevators worked and the AC was blasting. I even had a decent view. I would stay here again!"

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "I genuinely found a centipede in my bed as I was checking out, meaning i’ve been sleeping in a bed for two nights hugging all the pillows and sleeping with a centipede just crawling around in the same bed."
