"I've stayed at Pod 51 several times and appreciate the fact that it provides exactly what I need—an affordable clean room and a comfortable bed to lay down on the few hours that I am in the room. I am usually in NYC for work, and am spending long hours at the office or catching up with colleagues over dinner. I do prefer one of the inner rooms (tends to be a little quieter), over street side, but its NYC. And thank you to the staff for making check-in and -out a friendly experience."

They sent up a technician who said it would kick on in ten minutes and cool down. After waiting almost twenty minutes, the room did not cool down more.
