Hotel murah di Lower Manhattan

"I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"

"It’s a big, clean, quiet, basic room with no frills, no room service, no on-site store to purchase a water or soda and a single-flow air conditioner (it’s either hot or cold depending on the season, no actual temperature control). Oh, and did I mention that you get all of that for over $550 midweek? Bottom line: this is an acceptable barebones $250/night hotel in any other city that gets a premium because it’s in Wall Street. If you need to be in that spot, go for it."

"The air conditioning worked but no way was the temperature reading accurate - I was unable to achieve the temperature I was hoping for. The shower head also left something to be desired. However, location was great. It was clean and safe. No frills."

My guests and I were never notified prior to arrival work was being done in the hotel. No consideration was made for patrons, gym was out of order and they made a make shift bar and dining area that wasn't available until 5pm. "Going to the hotel at night was a little scary. Maybe if there is a better intro it won't look like a "should I go in or not". My friends were worried and sat will you be alright ...Put flowers outside or something. neon lit DAYS IN sign. Put something on the wall of reception. "We stayed in the most basic room on the property, which was very clean and stylish, very well priced especially considering it's in the middle of World Cup and Knicks playoffs Etc. Bedding was comfy, shower small but great water pressure and good quality toilet products. But the "money shot" here is the hotel itself: the lobby is an incredible throwback to the 1910s, amazing tile work, the little cafe is a delightful amenity (free espresso!), and the staff were incredibly accommodating.
