"The house has potential but needs some improvement. The cleanliness could be better. it didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. A few spotlights weren’t working, and one of the bed frames was broken, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shower was great and worked well. Communication with the host was generally good, though there’s still room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. With a few fixes, this place could be much more enjoyable. "

"Staff (Rahul) were very welcoming. All aspects of our stay were made easier by the staff at the hotel. The room was perfectly comfortable, clean and quiet. Location worked out well for us as we were able to get into central London pretty easily. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, I’d say this is a good hotel and I’m satisfied with my stay. It’s in a very convenient location, about a five-minute walk to the train station, with local shops and a shopping centre nearby. In terms of cleanliness, it’s reasonably clean, though there are a few issues with the carpet. Breakfast is average; it’s not a full buffet, and while there are some options, you only choose one main. The buffet area could be improved, with limited selection and smaller amounts of food set out, though it doesn’t seem to run out. Given the price and the fact that it’s not in central London, I didn’t expect a high-end experience, and I feel like I got good value. It’s a solid, practical place to stay."

"I only stayed at London Guest House by OYO Acton for a few hours overnight, so I didn't have much opportunity to use the facilities. It was a simple stay that suited my needs, and the location was particularly convenient, with easy access to Acton Main Line for travelling into Central London. For a short overnight stay, it did the job well."
