"The shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower were completely empty. Considering these are mounted bottles that are full size, it is obvious that staff was not checking these bottles or refilling them regularly. Called down to the front desk and asked for someone to bring some. Almost 30 minutes later we received multiple travel size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash - all different brands, none the same brand as what was in the shower. Seemed very strange alternative to just...

"Overall great experience for my first time in Miami. Staff were attentive, kind, and helpful.the hotel is just in desperate need of updates which has already started. Lots of construction both at this hotel and the whole entire area. I think maybe by next year the hotel will be better. Pros: 2 beach chairs per room. Text message system instead of having to use room phone Right on the beach Running/biking path between beach and hotel 2 pools (1 under construction sadly) Decent food nearby...
