"The location of this hotel to Hoover Dam was great. Although we’re not gamblers, this was a casino with plenty of games. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but our low rating comes from the fact that upon arrival, we found out the pool wasn’t working. Now normally this isn’t a deal breaker, however we specifically chose this place because after a long day of hiking Zion and the fire rocks, we wanted to relax by the pool on a 85 degree day. "Significant insect exposure along the riverwalk and low shower pressure were my negatives. Staff, food and drinks were fine. Wife complained of chairhogs at the pool b4 9am but liked the pool."

"Very disappointed. Way too many people trying to use pools and not enough chairs. Charge a resort fee and cannot even find a place to sit around any of the pools. People line up at 8am to wait for pool to open at 9am and still cannot get a chair! But yet the hotel sells day passes for other people to use their pool when they can’t even satisfy their own guests. Pool area very dirty, garbage, towels and kids bathing suits all over near garbages buried in sand. No one cleaning sand off walkways so...
