"Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts...

"From days prior to our arrival, the staff member Monjur kept excellent communication with us and very responsive to my questions. It was very reassuring especially since we had a late arrival at 10:30pm. We were placed on the 53rd floor which offered unbeatable views of the Petronas tower. The location of the apartment is excellent, within walking distance to Petronas, night marketplace and other malls. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here."

We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. "Room is very small compared with other similar prices Hotels in Kuala Lumpur. No bed side lamp, no face towel. Only basic cups provided. Wifi is slow and down for last 2 days. Sound insulation poor & unfortunately next room makes noise all night until we open the door and warn them at 3am. The lift card not function well & crowd of people always wait 2-3 times."
