"Be sure to call the property prior to arrival for gate code and door code, even though the reserved condo states check-in at 4pm. There’s no front desk at the property. The condo includes AC, washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The dumpster for trash is located in the back where all the mail boxes are located. Parking is free. The beach and market place is a 5 mins drive from the condo."

"In all my travels, I have never had to go to a portal to get my check in information. The check in info needs to either be in the body of the email or made MUCH more clear that there is an additional step. Check in was painful for me BUT they responded quickly and even got us into the condo a bit early. After that, it was smooth sailing. "

"The check in process was very easy, even for late check in. The property was beautiful. We had an ocean view. There was construction going on in other parts of the complex, but did not bother us. They offered beach chairs and pool noodles for the nice pool. Had the pool to ourselves most times. Loved to be able to walk out and see the sunset every night. The room was nice. Loved having laundry and a full sized fridge. The fridge had some rust and the pull out bed had some kind of sand or...

"I liked the property, the management and the condo. The only problem was the management company we got in late and were confused about signing agreements at 11:00 at night. (2:00 for us)"

"Prefer they clean the room daily, also need to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper, paper towel etc. Also in order to get new towels you need to bring the old dirty ones to the Front desk to get new clean one."

"The balcony overlooked the lovely pool area and had comfortable seating to relax. The room was a good size and had great tv/living room seating as well as a table for meals. The kitchen, though tiny, was well equipped and worked easily for the two of us. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but also was sufficient for our needs. Probably the very best feature was the location - it was a very short walk to many stores, restaurants and the waterfront. The beach near the pier looked wonderful -...

"Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner)."

"Great location about 2 kilometres outside of town. The saltwater pool is great! Host had some basic beach gear which added to the experience. The views of the waves a short walk down the promenade are extraordinary. Found the bed and bedding to be very nice. TVs are modern. Rain shower worked well. Parking at the complex is great and there is a convenience store steps away. All in all we would not hesitate to stay again!"

"This place was awesome, it’s right on the beach and we saw eels, crabs, and fish playing in the reef below. Perfect viewing for sunsets as well. Check in and out was a breeze. Having the full kitchen is nice so we could cook breakfast before we went out and explored. Having the beach towels, coolers, and chairs already at the place really helped when packing for the trip. The place is beautiful surrounded with amazing plants all around. Perfect place to stay in Hawaii. "
