I took the one on the 2nd floor but it had no table and no chairs, just a bed. I went to the front desk and said I should be given the room In reserved and paid for. She gave me a different room on the 5th floor with a majestic "partial view of the ocean" and the room had a table and 2 chairs (what I had booked through...
