"Fantastic hotel in KLCC Park. Location is right on the park with best view of the Petronas Towers. Free shuttle to the Suria Mall was a plus. Our room was modern and clean. Staff were knowledgeable efficient and friendly."

"I would like to thank Mary for her outstanding service. She was the one who helped us when we arrived early in the morning. She didn't hesitate to find rooms for our early check-in, knowing that we had traveled a long way and were exhausted. Even though we checked in early, she made sure everything matched our reservation and even gave us rooms with a beautiful view. The hotel's location is excellent—it's close to everything, including coffee shops, restaurants, and other attractions, all within walking distance. We also felt very safe walking around the area at night. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the exceptional customer service we received from Mary. She made our stay even more enjoyable."
