"We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The pool area was one of the highlights for us, especially thanks to Benjamin, who organized fun games and activities in the pool. He brought great energy and made the experience much more enjoyable. We really appreciated him! Unfortunately, there was one issue that left us disappointed. We were charged a $250 smoking fee after someone reported that we had been smoking, but we did not smoke. We tried to explain the situation, but unfortunately we felt that our side was not really believed or taken into consideration. It was frustrating to receive such a significant charge for something we did not do. Apart from this issue, we enjoyed our stay and especially had a great time at the pool."

"Surprisingly, the food and waiting staff was the best part of our experience. Everything else seemed to be a struggle. We were part of a bigger group and had to fight to get any restaurant reservation even when the hotel was not full. There was always plenty of room in the restaurants when we got to dinner. Our assigned concierge was nowhere to be found. He never introduced to us in person. The day he was off, he left no one else to help us. The property needs to be better kept. You can see the wear and tear of some parts. Room service plates and hallways are not cleaned regularly, but our room was always spotless. Overall, it was not a bad experience but it definitely did not feel five stars."

"Honestly have nothing bad to say! It’s was incredible. The people, the food, the cleanliness. Was better than I had hoped for!! We stayed in the preferred master suite, and it was so insane. It was such a gorgeous room.. the overall amenities and just the atmosphere of the hotel was so different from others, it was beautiful! I was a little concerned about the beach shuttle. I actually did really enjoy the drive. It was a very quick and the scenery was very nice 😊 I read comments prior to our trip about people being bothered about time shares!? We were not bothered about that once."
