"Overall, we had a very nice stay at the Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen. The amenities were good, and the staff were lovely! The location is ideal for shopping in the city center and getting to the ferry over to Cozumel. We felt safe during our stay as well. The only downside is the beach, but we knew that when booking here. The food was good for an all-inclusive, but we only tried Bella and Brasas for reservations, as the Mexican restaurant was closed on Wednesdays."

"The is property is beautiful I will give it 8/10 our room the rr shower didn’t work the blow dryer didn’t work. Now the reason why I rate 8/10 is because the food is horrible we stayed Friday-Tuesday and the only good thing we’re the Tacos. Food needs flavor a lot of empty trays I wouldn’t go back just because of the food. The place overall is beautiful."

"Fantastic experience for our whole family. All the pools and restaurants were great and the staff were kind and helpful all around. Family select butlers like Daniel and Julio made reservations and logistics easy and were a great help."

"Really great place to visit. Staff was wonderful. If you had concerns , they would come to your room within minutes. We only had a couple of minor complaints. 1. The TV wouldn't hold a signal, couldn't watch it at night. 2. Our porch light only worked half of the time. 3.We didn't have a screen door (our neighbors did) to our walk out pool. Other than those issues, which did get fixed, it was great. "
