"El hotel se conserva bien en general. Tuvimos dos incidentes: el primero, nos dieron una habitación sin vista al mar como estaba reservada. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron. El segundo, en todos los restaurantes nos quisieron asignar la peor mesa, junto al servicio, en la orilla etc. Nunca nos habíamos sentido discriminados. 100 prioridad a los americanos. Nos quejamos y a cambio nos dieron extended check out. Sin embargo, no quita el mal sabor de boca."

"All over it was a pleasant experience.. being in n the resort for a few times already.
The quality of food went down compared with other times we were there.
Also the restaurants not taking reservations and telling you .. sorry you are not ELITE… when restaurant was empty… it was a big Nono for us.
Of course we found a … $20 way to get in the second time, but we didn’t feel that was right.
We were tipping anyway but not happy to be forced to tip in order to get a steak when the restaurant was...

"Cleanest and best maintained all-inclusive we have stayed at! The room was very spacious and very clean. The staff was amazing everywhere we went, and the resort never felt crowded wherever we went.
