Great Location
Many food options around the hotel and there is even a big supermarket on the ground level of the hotel. Great for a couple of days stay to R&R

- Hotel breakfast not as good as what I expect. Not even a egg for breakfast choice. - Room view that staff given me is NOT GOOD. I expect a view that can see water park at least but was given a view that face wall Machaim like I was at First world hotel

Very user-friendly hotel. Impressive with 4 Free Water refill machines located at the lobby. Amber basement car park. Many F&B outlets within walking distance.

Room is not ready during check in at 4.30pm which the room should be ready before 3pm for us to check in. Room wood flooring were not install properly and caused my kids injured his thumb while crawling on the floor. Breakfast is not much choices to choose.

The air conditioning is too loud, end up change another room, end up another room also as loud. Hot water capacity is too little , only enough for 1 person, the 2nd person bath half way ran out of hot water. The floor was sticky walking on bare foot. Bad experience.
