And this hotel, best part is the location - as on both days, we were able to go from Room to Shinkansen in 5 mins. Perfect location if you are using Shin Osaka station. Wish, I could have continued, but had made a separate reservation in Central Osaka. "

"It’s about 7 minutes walk to Shin-Osaka Station via skywalk through a commercial building, which you can access after a minute walk outside. It’s like any other JR VIA hotels, so nothing fancy but everything is clean, at least in my opinion. I did not have much interaction with staff so can’t say they were good or bad. Overall, recommended. "
