We were given clear instructions on how to check-in and there’s also storage for baggage with security cameras. If I go to Osaka again I would stay here again and there’s no cleaners that come in daily only when you checkout."

We couldnt ask for more. The location was great also, very close to a number of locations and Namba station was just around the corner."

"The hotel had great staff and had all the amenities you could need. There is a spa on the third floor and a laundromat on the first floor. On top of the usual things you would find in an hotel room, our room came with a large fridge, a microwave, a stovetop and even dishes and silverware. Dotonbori being a few minutes away is the cherry on top."

"Loved the architecture/design of the hotel & room. Modern but authentic cultural feel; clean and spacious rooms; 24H convenience store right next door full of delicious traditional snacks/meals; no on-site parking but plenty of 24H parking lots around. Staff (Maria) was lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend. "

"This Hotel was very nice and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here. The area was very close to the subway and had many small bars a few steps away."
