This is the perfect place to stay if visiting Legoland Malaysia. Not only is it a clean, comfortable and spacious hotel, but the Lego theming is done very well and adds a totally awesome dimension to the stay. The staff are amazing and the eating options are also very kid friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

The property is not great for the cost. Breakfast is average too. Not great options for vegetarians. The only advantage of staying here is the accessibility to the parks.

It was our 2nd stay and it remains family oriented with lego to play at the lobby, outside the restaurant and the pool. Our kids enjoy the disco lights and music in the lifts. And each staff member we speak to are polite and helpful. However, the room cleanliness was not up to par. We saw ants around the pantry upon check in. The next day, they did not wash our coffee mug or throw out rubbish from the previous day. They did rectify both quickly but it has left a bad impression on housekeeping. The breakfast selection was average with mostly carb options.

Easy to access LEGOLAND, and we can enjoy the interior and missions. But it was a shame that there were insects in the room. Many children among the customers, so I would like them to consider taking measures.

I paid S$400 per night, probably due to the high season. For that, I was not satisfied with the condition of the facilities. Especially the showers were in poor condition. The hot water is adjusted with a lever, but it is either very hot or very cold, making it impossible to take a shower with peace of mind. I thought it was dangerous for children because of the hot water. Since the hotel is located in a tropical area, the shower facilities should be of stable quality, such as those made in Germany or Japan.

The proximity of the hotel to the Legoland Parks was a winner for us. The room size was decently spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. The complimentary breakfast spread had a good variety of continental and local cuisine though it would be good if the aircon at the dining area can be a lot less strong.

The hotel is lovely for children. My daughter espcially loved the treasure hunt. The dining is limited and as it rained most of the time we were there, there is not a lot to do besides the parks. Great family fun.

Very kids friendly hotel, there was Lego everywhere to entertain the kids. There is direct access to the theme park and water park from the hotel, convenient for families. The restaurant provided colouring and activity sheets for the kids while we waited for our food. The room was generally well-appointed, spacious and had everything we needed. The only downside was that the toilet was not well-ventilated and our towels didn't dry even with the air con on, had to ask for new towels and not very sustainable. There was also a musty smell in the toilet cause of this.

Great for families with younger children
The Legoland Malaysia Resort is great for those travelling with young children (under 10). Lots of fun activities for kids in the lobby and close to the Water Park, Theme Park and SeaLife Aquarium. These parks are also aimed at those with young families, no real thrill rides. Check-in was smooth and our children loved the disco elevators and the treasure hunt in our room where they had to crack the code to the safe to find a lego set each for them to make. The theming in the room (Adventure Themed room) was also great. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired (though the outside was in the process of being repainted while we were there, which is definitely needed) and there was a musty smell on our floor when you got off the elevators which was quite unpleasant (Level 6), but thankfully this didn't extend to inside our room. We ate dinner at the Italian restaurant one night and the service and food was excellent. Would definitely recommend eating here. Buffet breakfast at Bricks was included in our stay, but opted to eat elswhere after the first day as the food was average and the atmosphere was lacking. We didn't like having to choose a set breakfast time and then when we arrived being told that we had 45 minutes to eat, felt very rushed. We also didn't enjoy having to stand in lines to get our food and the food was so spread out and not grouped together well. Had to wait in multiple lines to get one plate of food, which was then cold by the time I sat down to eat.

You need to do it once.
Need to do it at least once to get the whole experience, but expensive especially considering you cant check in until 3pm. To make sure you get full benefit of the hotel, do the theme park on the day you check in. You can then take your time the next morning in the hotel having breakfast and enjoying the activities before checking out.

Services provided by the hotel were great for families with young kids. Movie time, game room, building activities, etc. Breakfast variety was good, and in-room dining having big portion. Staff are also ever so friendly and helpful.

My kids loved everything about the place right from the reception lobby, lift (my kids were excited to go on the lift everytime, it was nice way to start or finish the day), Bricks family restaurant, decor and outfit of the room. The little treasure hunt upon entry was excellent. The property was at very close proximity to the theme park and water park which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We celebrated one of our kids birthday and it was organised to be a very memorable day for my little one. Overall very happy with the stay and it was a memorable one.

In desperate need of renovation
Hotel is a bit rough around the edges now, definitely in need of a refresh. Room was semi clean on arrival with bathroom in particular still with stains from previous use. Hotel buffet for breakfast and dinner is average. Very limited healthy options available. The kids still love the piles of Lego to play with in lobby etc. but the whole place needs a refresh pretty desperately
