"We had a lovely little room on the 4th floor. We had a fantastic view of Edinburgh castle and hills surrounding Edinburgh. Monday during storm Floris, we were allowed into the B&B early and allowed to sit in the bar area to keep warm. A lovely blond lady whose name i cannot remember made us a cup of coffee. This made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was very nice, lots to choose from. The whole place is nice and clean and all the staff were very accomodating and polite. Would defintely stay...

"We were able to reach the property on foot after getting off the tram at Haymarket Station. Took less than 5 minutes. We were given a code ahead of time for the front door and our room and we appreciated that they were the same so you don’t have to try and remember so many numbers. Our room was on the first floor, no elevators guys, but it wasn’t a problem for us because we only had two carry ons. The room was small but clean and the bed extra comfy!
