"Very nice stay, even considering there was a massive event going. The staff is incredibly friendly, there’s a bunch of shops/amenities inside the place, getting in and out from town was easy. It’s not the most incredible resort beach, but for the price it’s fine. Easily travel to other beaches nearby. Only negative I have was the aircon didn’t work one night, but was quickly resolved. Would come back "

"Nice budget friendly part of the world in South part of the big Island. Very neat and tidy accommodation. Good bed. Quiet place. Access to punaluhulu black sand beach for an easy walk to see the turtles. Staff friendly. It is dated but def neat and tidy and we could have stayed an extra couple of nights. Worth the stop. "

"A not so hidden gem with a rustic plantation ambiance. Lush surroundings, great parking, friendly staff, convenient to Volcano National Park. The 1/2 mile loop trail behind the property was a fun morning picker-upper to get the day started. "Love this property! They are full service. You don’t have to leave unless you want to. It’s beautiful and the view of the sunsets are gorgeous. The surroundings are lush with tropical plants and pathways to walk. The lagoon is nice for an ocean swim or snorkeling. And they rent the equipment on site too. The staff really makes an effort to take care of the guests. Dining options need more variety. The breakfast buffet offers everything you could want. 50$ is a lot for the meal because no one...
