" rooms very clean, had afternoon drinks at the bar,staff helpful in showing us all the breakfast, lunch, dinner menus. We had a very late lunch and it was to close at 400pm. We wanted to try the fish and chips and staff was very accommodating even though it was close to closing the lunch menu, fish/chips excellent, fish so fresh!! we're coming again for fourth of July weekend for our anniversary and looking forward to our trip again!!!"

"The front desk persons in the nigh shift are not very nice. When I asked the reason why my room wasn’t being cleared up for the all day and when it will be cleared up. The front desk person told me the housekeeper has their own schedule and he didn’t know when the housekeeper will go to clean the room. That’s terrible."

"Beautiful property. Boats for the canal have apparently been out of service for several months, with no explanation when asked. Other than that, zero complaints. Staff was awesome, super clean and very family friendly. Restaurants were all top notch."

"I’ve stayed here twice and this hotel is really special! The downtown shopping and restaurant area, is literally right there…you can walk to everything from this hotel. The property itself, is lovely — with lots shops, an ABC store, coffee shop, restaurant, as well as pool, bar and small beach. "Wir hatten ein kleines Appartement in der unteren Etage mit einer kleinen Terrasse und Zugang zum Rasen. Die Unterkunft war wie angegeben ausgestattet. Bei uns hat der Tresor leider nicht funktioniert. Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Had a nice stay here in Hawi without completely breaking the bank, tho I do miss the old funky hotel that used to be a brothel. This was considerably more comfy, if pricier. Still a decent price. Nice people, right around the corner from the main area of shops in town so coffee and meals were simple. Great option."
