"Absolutely loved this resort! The vibe was chill and inviting. The room we received upon checking in was not quite what we were expecting. Called down to ask for a room with a view that would match the description of the premium one bedroom suite that was described when booking. Within a half hour we were moved and the room was exactly as booked and provided an amazing view of the ocean and overlooked much of the resort. "I had booked and paid for a room with a partial ocean view. When I checked-in they said all they had were 3 rooms at the end of the hallways on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. I took the one on the 2nd floor but it had no table and no chairs, just a bed. I went to the front desk and said I should be given the room In reserved and paid for. She gave me a different room on the 5th floor with a majestic "partial view of the ocean" and the room had a table and 2 chairs (what I had booked through...

"A peaceful property at the very top of the hill, room 3 overlooked Hilo and the ocean to the east. So waking up and seeing it was perfect. Loved it all."

"We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. The private hostess, lounge, amenities, all top notch."
