"We come every year for a week for our anniversary. The price markup went up about 40%??probably due to inflation ??!! It was still a nice time ex c ept for the cconstruction going on. Fortunately for us we do things on the island and dont just stay in the condo. FOR RELAXING rhiugh the pool is nice & its a pretty quiet retirement type of place. "Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"The room we stayed in said it was a partial ocean view. When looking out the sliding glass doors from the living room, we had more of an ocean view than we were expecting. We also had partial ocean views when looking out from both bedrooms. The property has 3 pools and one of them is a quiet pool, which is the one we used the most. We arrived after hours and the security guy was helpful with showing us where the condo was located and then we were able to go the next morning to finish checking...

"We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!"
