"Very good place close to Pandawa Beach and Melasti Beach. You can rent a bike right at the hotel to explore the area. Place is clean with nice swimming pool and restaurant. Staff is very friendly. Definitely we will come back to spend some time in this part of Bali"

However, functions are a little old. Bathroom water supplies are slow and low powered. Towels are inadequate and are only replaced when requested. Access to villa is difficult, up slope and is pretty secluded."

That was not to happen. I can be to blame, but I thought with this being small boutique exclusive villas it would not be an issue booking the spa. I even inquired about the spa several days before my arrival about that retreat, and have an email response there was room.

"I have travelled the world and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Apart from the luxury and beauty, the staff are amazing and so helpful and respectful. The food in the villa lounge is outstanding and the facilities are great. We enjoyed the hotel so much we didn't even want to see the rest of Bali. "We travelled as a group of 13 with children, adults and seniors. Initially we were put in separate villa houses at the back of the property. This involved a walk down a back alley, where there were more locals and stray dogs.
We requested to be moved into the actual hotel as the walk was down a slope. they were kind enough to allow the switch. The in hotel 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas were amazing. Beautiful decor , amazing private pool. I would say the in hotel villas were much cleaner than the houses in the back.
Customer service was top notch. Very quick and easy to communicate with. Any requests were handled quickly. Food at Madawa was awesome! Daily breakfast options had a good amount of variety and they switched up the main options daily. Dinner and lunch options for purchase were great! Pizza could be better.
Overall, Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay.
Will miss this place. Kids really enjoyed the space. Hope to be back soon
