"Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready. We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling. Rooms are very small . Hotel is located on a busy road, rooms have poor isolation, it gets very noisy ."

"The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. "Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"What a hidden gem. Really beautiful property. The staff could not have been nicer. We had a rental car which made this perfect for us. "Everything about our stay from the staff, to the property, to the room to the incredible views was everything we could have wanted and more. The family that owns the hotel also staff it. They treated us like one of the family, even giving us prosecco to help us celebrate our honeymoon. If we find ourselves in Tremezzo again, we will without a doubt be staying here."
