"Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready. We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling. Rooms are very small . Hotel is located on a busy road, rooms have poor isolation, it gets very noisy ."

"Check-in was easy and the room was always clean. The cleaning staff are excellent. It was warm in Bellagio the three nights we stayed and our air conditioner was not working properly. The fan could only run on low and not medium or high and was not able to cool, even with the shade down at night. "We loved our stay at Hotel du Lac in Managgio. It was a very convenient location to start easy access to the ferry and all of the downtown shopping. They have a little heated pool on the top of the roof that over looks Lake Como and the town square. It has absolutely stunning and was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend staying at this hotel."
