"Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster."

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"Room was excellent and the air conditioning was amazing. The room was amazingly dark and quiet at night and great view out the window during the day. The bag storage was a minor bit troublesome as it seemed like the restaurant staff didn’t enjoy sorting this out for us, but not the most annoying. The location was very convenient to the train station and a small walk (10 mins) to the main town."

Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. "Great location for travelling through the area with good free parking immediately outside. Complementary coffee, water and cake in reception is a nice touch. Very close to a good service station with associated restaurant serving a nice rangebof meals at reasonable prices. The only issue ue we have is that the pillows in the bedrooms are not the most comfortable."
