"Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster."

It was important to us to have effective air conditioning since we were visiting during a heat wave, and the air conditioning had no trouble keeping the room cool. "Spacious room in a perfect location! Short flat walk from the ferry dock, and 5-10 min slightly downhill walk from the train station. Great air conditioning, even kept up during the heat wave while we were there. Didn’t purchase the add-on for breakfast, but did stop by the cafe located in the ground floor of the building for coffee every day. Nicely appointed room with lots of space."

"Wir waren für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp dort. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Zimmer war trotz der Lage sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht ins grüne. Auch ein Babybett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wer auf dem Weg in den Urlaub eine Pause machen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben und im Ort gibt es leckere Pizza. 😎"

Outdated facilities — No fridge, no electric kettle, no elevator, weak water pressure, and extremely small shower space. Instead of key cards, guests are given a physical key. 2.
