Yes Staff was extremely nice and cooperative. Washroom door didn't have the lock but we managed. rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

It's a hike. So, if you can't go up stairs this is not the property for you. The host was doing his best. Gracious man, he transported us to the Guest House from the 'parking area', he showed us or room, he made our drinks and served us dinner. The place is not 'walkable' and there is no where else to go but to just stay and enjoy what you see.

The hotel has many qualities… it's family-friendly and quiet, and under other circumstances I could have given it a 10/10 review, but in my personal case, it's not suitable for people with disabilities. Gianluca and Sofía provided us with exceptional customer service. Parking is NOT at the hotel; you arrive at a designated parking lot and they pick you up. That's where the adventure begins. The streets are extremely narrow, where most cars can't fit. It's a very old place, but everything is updated: rooms, bathrooms, restaurant—it's top-notch.

Amazing view of the lake from the property. It’s a 40 minutes bus ride to Bellargio but Sophie and Luca are wonderful and flexible with their shuttle service to and from the bus stops

The Hosts, Gianluca and Ash were so nice and made us feel like Home The Room we stayed was so clean and with a beautiful view of Lake Como, we were so happy with the whole experience and we would definitely stay again at Essentia. 5 Stars and forgot to mention the dinner they cook was amazing, we loved it.

This place was a gem to stay at. Your in an exclusive villa room with any time transportation and whatever accommodations you need. This place was not only beautiful but perfectly situated in the middle of everything. The staff was fantastic.

Amazing view the owner Gianluca was a great host. The room is very spacious and excellent breakfast in the morning. He gave us a ride to the nearest bus station and picked us up. Slightly away from the main attractions however we did all of that during the day and relaxed in the evening

We really enjoyed our stay at Essentia Guest House. Gianluca went above and beyond. Met us to shuttle us back and forth to the location, his dining options were excellent, and he even took us to the local train station. This is a quaint and charming experience with gorgeous views of lake como, and you really feel immersed into the culture. Highly recommend.

The host went above and beyond helpful. Our flight was delayed, our Uber cancelled twice, we ended up getting there 3 hours after last check in, but Gianluca & Matteo were there for us and saved the day by getting us safely to the guest house. A fantastic breakfast with spectacular views, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect location, with great view

The guesthouse was exceptional, with rustic architecture. It is located in a village literally in the middle of nowhere. Lake como is everywhere you look, as it is located up in the hill. The room was spacious, well decorated and silent, the personnel was also helpful and kind. The only thing that visitors have to know, is that the guest house does not provide a parking space. You have to park your car in a public parking on the nearest village and then you have to use the shuttle service of the guest house as this is the only way to go up the hill.

This place is a unique gemstone. It’s an adventure to get to it, but you won’t have to do the driving, you will have the most memorable drive through ancient town built into the side of the mountain and the owners car will get a couple of more scratches but it’s all worth it. The view is the Best we have encountered in Italy and you will meet the owners pets and maybe will have the pleasure seeing their flying squirrel that lives on the fig tree. Amazing experience.

The house is a throw back into another error but the setting is absolutely stunning with views north across Lake Como bookended by lush, green steep mountains. You need to be met by the homeowner Gianluca in the small town of Molina and he picks you up in a small fiat. You leave your car there and he comes to collect you and your luggage. The reason is simply, once you set off up the hill, as the car barely fits between the ancient homes on either side of the cobbled stone narrow street. Don’t worry as you won’t be isolated during your stay (you can if you choose) as he will shuttle you back to your car. From within hours of your check-in Gianluca will WhatsApp you all the arrive details to include map directions to the dinner, breakfast and drinks menu. He and his staff, including Stella on breakfasts are extremely attentive. If you want medicinal quiet, it’s doesn’t get any better than Essentia!!
