Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "Beautiful property, great location and wonderful staff. Would stay here again. It is a little walk to the main part of town where most of the restaurants are (about 3/4 miles) but we enjoyed the walk."

"AWFUL!!! This was absolutely the worst property we stayed at on our 14 night Italy road trip. The staff gave us wrong information about parking. They unfairly charged us 46 Euro for parking in their garage when I parked my car outside in the free parking zone. After arguing my point I gave up. They accused me of lying. I’m a gold member with Expedia and traveled extensively in Europe. This property needs to be shut down. It destroyed my beautiful Romantic Belagio fantasy. The room was old with the floors falling apart. The room is cold without proper heating. If you go in the hot summer I highly doubt AC will work properly. Zero amenities offered, not even a slipper. Dirty smelly disgusting hotel. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"

"The hotel is an exercise in excellence. We were escorted from the bus stop with a golf cart that also took our luggage. The hotel and amenities are spotless and well-appointed. We enjoyed the spa as well, as the weather was uncooperative. The included breakfast had everything anyone could need and was quite tasty. "
