"The staff here is amazing!! Friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and made my stay an absolute delight, from the concierge/check-in desk to the maitre d’ at the restaurant! The free shuttle to the airport is exceptional, going every hour. The hot breakfast is delicious, with bacon as well, all sorts of pastries and fresh fruits. Además, está bien ubicado, a 20 minutos del centro en tren, y la estación de tren está solo a 5 minutos caminando del hotel. Queremos agradecer la atención de Marco, y muy especialmente la de Valentina, quienes fueron muy gentiles son nosotros, nos ayudaron con todo lo que les solicitamos y son muy amables. "Wunderschönes altes Grand Hotel mit Charme und unglaublicher Aussicht auf den Lago di Varese und das Monterosa Gebirge. Es war zur Weihnachtszeit festlich dekoriert und voller Lichterketten. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig und das Abendessen im Restaurant Liberty lohnenswert. Im Sommer ist es sicherlich noch schöner auf der herrlichen Säulenterrasse zu sitzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. "

"Our group enjoyed the one-night stay at Virginia Palace Hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. They got our room configurations correct and the rooms were clean and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered (front desk staff at check-in and check-out and breakfast service staff) were very friendly and quick to assist. We were disappointed to find that the in-house restaurant is closed on weekends as we were looking forward to eating at the hotel after more than 24 hours of travelling....
