The hotel is located directly in front of the Lenno Ferry pick up location, this was extremely helpful for us as we explored the different lake towns daily. Staff at ht efront desk is super helpful and welcoming

The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to the greenway ferry terminal and two public beaches. The restaurant was excellent and great service. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were large, excellent airconditioning

This hotel is a gem; with helpful staff and a lakeside location off the main road. It was our first night in Italy and a perfect introduction. Lovely walk along the waterfront and you can get to Villa Balbaniello, but get tickets in advance. We would stay here again anytime.

Lake Como fab location

Fab hotel with parking and near the ferry and walk over to a few restaurants but the restaurant in the hotel is very good and not overpriced. The decor is not the best especially in the ball area they need to change those awful grey chairs but the artwork is fabulous and funky. Overall a good option Leno is a beautiful small town

This is one of my best hotel stays. From the friendly check-in, great breakfast, and responsive service, the experience was great. The pool was a great way to relax and refresh after a day of touring the sights of Lake Como. Location was conveniently located in front of the Lenno ferry terminal. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The staff are so lovely & nothing was a problem. Our room overlooked the lake & the location is the best. We booked parking in the basement & the breakfast was great. Definitely recommend this hotel & we would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located across from the ferry so getting around Lake Como was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While the hotel is not plush, our room and bath were large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. Would recommend hotel.
