"This is a great hotel. Located on a street just east of the John Hancock Center, most of the hotel rooms have bedrooms, microwaves and refrigerators as well as couches. It is comfortable, close to soundproof and the restaurant downstairs has long hours and great food including gourmet coffee. A real winner in the heart of the magnificent mile. The only place that we stay while in Chicago."

"The hotel was GORGEOUS! Elevators are quick! The bistro downstairs has the BEST burgers and they are HUGE! The room was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. The lake is within walking distance and Grant Park is directly across the street!
