"10/10 location few steps from the trevi and walking distance from everything else you need to see. The room was great and clean and the bathroom was spacious I was expecting a smaller area. But honestly impressed! This isn’t a 24/7 hotel service it’s very small and the reception is there I believe 7am-7pm. The receptionist was SO SWEET she gave us recommendations on what to visit and where to eat and it helped so much!! Def recommend this hotel."

No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"It is a nice place, close to most sightseeing attractions, all within walking distances. However, I was shocked that the staff was only willing to keep our luggage until 1 pm instead of 5 pm. This caused lots of trouble for us and ruined our last day in Rome."

"Vespucci Palace is a wonderful place to stay in the Testaccio neighborhood. It is located close to lots of public transportation and walking distance to some sights. There are plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. The property itself has very comfortable, clean, quiet rooms with good AC. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. "We loved our experience. The owners are a couple who live across the hall so they are very accessible if you have any questions. The apartment is spotless and cleaned daily. The air conditioning works very well! Of note, we stayed in the suite and there was a washer which I don’t remember seeing in the description - a pleasant surprise. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking, as well aa olive oil, salt and pepper. I am not sure if this is always the case but we were happy to have them....
