"While we only were there for our final night in Italy, the check-in process was extremely smooth and accommodating as we had to leave early the following morning. "This was a horrible booking. The ac doesn’t work at all. There is no microwave or iron in the rooms. Bugs swarm around the room all day and night. It is NOT a four star hotel. "
