"Quite and very comfortable hotel in the Castelli Romani area. The structure has free private parking and an amazing garden. The staff is friendly and always available. Our suite was spacious and quiet perfect for everyone is looking for a practical and relaxed stay."

"It was a quaint hotel like a b & b italian style. The food is pretty pricey in the taverna but the staff is very helpful. If i went back .. which is unlikely i would definately stay there."

"Positives: very helpful staff, especially front desk. The maintenance person fixed my glasses when they broke. Negatives: This is a terrible location. Nothing is in walking distance. You can only enter/ exit the property via the tollway. It is located on the tollway with restricted access. The bed is very hard and not comfortable. Room is bare. We paid extra for the breakfast and were not impressed. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone."

"The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride."

"While housekeeping kicked in day two, room had mosquitoes and we got bit terribly, internet connection was almost nonexistent, breakfast was one coffee+ croissant (How is this buffet breakfast), the people next room had their TV on all night long, there is no front desk until 2pm and she leaves at 8pm( when she is there, she is excellent, friendly, helpful- thank you for everything) don’t fall for shuttle..it is private car and charges 70 euros, housekeeping people are ok, room, bed- ok,...

"Definitely not a four star property. The pros were the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms have ac which is a must for a Roman summer. The location is also quite close to the airport. The cons unfortunately outweigh since the hotel is very tired and dated. There is a mold and mildew smell in the rooms, only one USB A socket, bathroom tub had stains, the bathroom mirror was chipped, the chain lock in the room was broken, the bed was uncomfortable. Won't stay here again."

"Breakfast and pool are excellent. Staff is very friendly. Main restaurant was closed several evening for private events without prior warning leaving only one option, which was busy and unavailable without reservation. We were offered room service as an option. There’s no alternative in the area of otherwise and you have to take an Uber to go to other restaurants"
