"Great staff all around and clean room"

"checking in was very easy even we came very late after midnight, staff very nice, hotel like an museum very cozy, feel warm quiet and area quiet, very clean, bathrooms big and clean, staff cleans room everyday and change bed sheets everyday, and nice size swimming pool not deep very good for kids, location close to lot of activities, mall, restaurants, no laundry in hotel but there is close one in the area. the only down size thing only 4 option in breakfast but it was delicious and enough...

"Im not quite sure how this place got an “excellent” review on Expedia. The room room was good and clean so no issues here but the “balcony” was so small that you couldn’t fit a chair so im nor sure why it was even there. The planters separating the balcony were just filthy spots filled with dirt and smelly pigeons. The main pool needs a renovation ASAP considering the paint and concrete are chipping everywhere. "We arrived late on Sunday and went to the dining room, and my son-in-law had open toe shoes on, and we were asked to leave the dining room. He was unable to eat. The staff was not as helpful as what they had been years past at other resorts seemed as that they were bothered JJ. The bartender at the pool was fantastic. I would’ve not recommend this resort."
