"Great experience overall. The staff in the restaurants, beach/pool, lobby were super friendly and helpful. Didn’t think we needed a butler but it was such as nice perk and was handy multiple times. "Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely return. Starting with check in — we had diamond club and it was smooth, easy and seamless. This was the same for check out. We arrived on a Saturday and met our butler (Daniel and Steff). Our room was not ready so we went to the pool to wait (we packed bathing suits in our carry on). "Staff were great. I really liked the little community kitchen, was nice to save money by cooking onsite rather than eating out in the Hotel Zone. The hotel was clean and comfortable and handy to lots of stuff - easy pick up for tours, grocery store close by."
