On the north coast of Penang Island is a popular beach resort area where the sand is white and the beach is lined with palm trees. Ferringhi Beachliterally translates to Foreigner’s Rock and is one of the most visited areas of the island, with hotels and resorts lined along or just off of Jalan Batu Ferringhi.
