"Stunning views, beautiful location although a bit out of town, easy quick drive though. Slow wifi although better if you’re in reception. No smart tv or streaming which was rough with the kids as theois no abc kids or kids channel. Hotel is a bit dated. "

"The apartment was lovely, so relaxing and the view was amazing. We had a little hiccup with receiving information about entering the property, this was my fault, but once I rang the management company they were very quick to send me the information so we were able to get in. Once we had parked right at the door and in the apartment it felt like home, very new, great shower and hot water. Bed was a king size and comfortable. "Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. "I stayed here a few times while in the Queenstown area as it was the cheapest serviced apartment option and meant I had use of a dryer/washer and a basic kitchen (no oven) so I could cook my own meals.
My bins were emptied daily by housekeeping and I could get fresh towels if I wanted them. Room came with a Smart Tv, which was very appreciated and a dishwasher which was another added bonus.
Onsite parking is limited but I always found a space whenever I stayed, though this was not peak...

"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."
