"Brilliant experience at the double tree in Dartford, staff were pleasant, hotel is in great condition and was super comfortable, I would definitely book to go again. The afternoon tea was lovely, my family enjoyed and the bar staff serving were very attentive to our needs. The in house restaurant was such pleasure to be in."

"Good size room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly but somewhat convoluted online check in. Water pressure was low but sufficient. Sadly no breakfast on offer currently as place is being refurbished. But in spite of the issues, I will be back when I'm in the area and see what it's like after the refurb is complete."

"Was a bit nervous when seeing the outside of the property but after found the door lol it opened to a lovely small reception area. We were met by the owners son who was friendly and happy to give information. Twin room was as above the expectation and the only issue was the bathroom door handle and as taped on but didn’t affect use just a detail thing really. I will defo stay again as son at BIRD college for next 2 years. "
