"Overall great. If I was looking for a problem, i might say that the hot food at breakfast in the business lounge wasn't actually hot and was undercooked. Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. We love this hotel and have stayed here 3 times."

"The room was great, spacious with a balcony. Fridge ideal. Such a comfy bed! Only minor downside was the carpet being a bit stained. We would certainly come back here again!"

"Everything about the hotel was first class. The room was very clean and the daily housekeeping kept it nice for the entire stay. The front desk, coffee shop and room service staff all went above and beyond. Every interaction was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff were wonderful and accommodating & it felt welcoming right from the start. Wish I had checked out the restaurant at the top! The pool is amazing, but strange set up with lounges/chairs. Would be great to have more loungers. The gym is the BEST! Great set up, clean and has everything you need for a hotel workout. The Spa looked incredible, although we didn't make a booking there. The "Harbor Views" were the only downside, we just looked out on a busy highway, but all good- the amazing location made up for it. "
