"We loved our stay at the Kimpton Margot Hotel, location is so close to train , rail, metro and bus. The hotel building was beautiful, and the staff super helpful. So many unexpected "extras" , from the free bikes to rent, juice in the morning, and complimentary "happy hour". We would not hesitate to return. One of our favourite hotel stays!"

"Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Woolstore 1888 in Sydney.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den unglaublich freundlichen Service. Als wir erwähnt haben, dass wir uns auf Hochzeitsreise befinden und unser ursprüngliches Zimmer innenliegend war, haben wir sofort und völlig unkompliziert ein Upgrade auf ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Das hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut.
Das gesamte Personal war super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selbst ist modern, stilvoll, sehr sauber und gepflegt.

"Great location in the heart of Queens St mall. We were there over Anzac day so the only thing to note is that the streets are closed on that day from 9am to 3pm so it was pretty much impossible to get in or out of the hotel during those hours."

"Location was good. Very convenient to walk to Victoria market within 10 mins. Supermarkets and decent food chains were also nearby. However, checking in was bad as my flight arrived in the late evening after the regular office hours. I was left outside with my luggage in the rain even though there were staff at the reception who saw me waving outside the password-guarded glass doors. I was only let in by a guest who was also staying at the hotel."

"I am unable to understand how Expedia provided a rating of "very good" for this hotel inspite of my experiences from 10 /5/2026 to 17/5/2026. My room was 1208.
1. Carpets outside the room - as soon as you come out of the lift the sight of the dirty carpets attracted my attention.
2. Carpets inside the room were just as bad leaving me to wonder when the carpets were either vacuumed or steam cleaned.
3. The wardrobe has dust on all the shelves.
4. The shower in the bathroom was ancient...
