"The amenities in bathroom is inadequate with a tiny soap and small bottle of cheap shampoo that you will normally get in a cheap motel. I booked an accessible room on Expedia, but the staff decided to switch me back to a normal room saying is a “slight upgrade” which is not. The room is lot smaller. I don’t mind to switch room but trying to convince me is an “upgrade” is kind of misleading."

"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff on reception, with a very quick and efficient check in. Room was very modern and spacious. Large bathroom with seperate shower, toilet and large bath. Location fabulous for getting around Sydney, close to station and light rail. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by."

"Great location in heart of everything. Very helpful and personalized staff. Went to celebrate wife's birthday. Go the full harbour view room on the 12th floor. Perfect for room service dinner with a view of both opera house and harbour bridge. No need to look for fancy restaurants with a view. I would go back 10 times over."

"Had a great stay. The room, the facilities and the staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was so good with so much to choose from. Scott at reception looked after us booking in and even organised a cake for my partners birthday. He was very kind and made us feel very welcome. The view from the room of Sydney Harbour was amazing and was so close to everything in Sydney. "
