Hilary, our lounge host, was attentive, gracious, and genuinely accommodating in helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary. Roman is an extraordinary chef whose talent is matched only by his warmth and engaging conversation, while Tristan crafts an exceptional omelette that elevates breakfast into an occasion of its own."

"I booked a business room but got a two bedroom suite with kitchen and laundry, which was fantastic, however it was generally grubby. The tub and tiles were in bad need of a scrub, and under the bed is gross. Good thing I brought a sleeping bag. The staff though were the highlight of the stay - helpful and polite."

"Location is brilliant - just across the road from the Southern Cross Station where Skybus provides express passage to/from the airport. Also lots of food options, convenience stores and shopping nearby. Checking in/out was a breeze and the staff (including housekeeping) always helpful. We are grateful for a small grace period given to check out a wee bit later. Facilities - we didn’t use but a more than adequate gym and a decent swimming pool. Room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities were there together with a good refrigerator, great smart TV and in-room safe. My only gripe was the bit of morning light seeping in from the sides of the roller blinds. But that’s me - I tend to wake up late. Thanks, Atlantis!"
