"Amazing hotel that displays the heritage and craftsmanship of the building whilst also offering a modern feel. The room was very spacious with a large window to the street below. The onsite restaurants such as The Palace where we had our included buffet breakfast each morning was amazing. The food selection was vast and of great quality. The waiters/waitresses were attentive and no job was made to feel too hard. Always asking if there was anything they could do. The hotel is perfectly situated in the CBD and only a 10min walk to Darling Harbour. Will definitely be staying there in the future. 10/10"

"Room, staff and amenities were great. Breakfast buffet should be reviewed for some improvement opportunities. Bedding and family room layout was very comfortable. Great hair dryer and complimentary body, shampoo and conditioner too! Boys loved the pool and I enjoyed the small gym. If I could do it again, I would have made a plan for transport from the Central station (after Skybus drop-off) with our luggage (travelled with 2 kids) to the hotel when we arrived. It's not a long walk from the but it was after I became lost and flustered in a big city with 2 kids that were running out of steam haha."
