"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely poor. The room had a very strong musty smell, and the ceiling was covered in visible mold. The humidity was overwhelming and even caused me respiratory discomfort. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, as I found hair from a previous guest. Additionally, the bed was in very bad condition—the spring mattress was damaged, and I experienced severe back pain, as it felt like there was a hard bar running through the middle. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable. I was so uncomfortable that I had to check out one night earlier than planned due to the humidity and overall environment. I will not be staying at your hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience."

"The Lombardy was super clean, room was spacious and even had a small kitchen which I didn’t expect but certainly nice to have. The furniture was dated but when you’re in NY you’re not in your room much but beds were comfy for sleeping. Location was great to all the spots we wanted to visit. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again. "

"This is a comfortable and accommodating luxurious hotel ideally situated for us across the street from St. Patrick Cathedral and within walking distance of great restaurants and Broadway shows. We will return here on our next visit to NYC."

"The AC was fine, the room was clean. There was no face cloth in my bathroom but I asked the cleaning lady and she brought me 2. The staff downstairs was pleasant and helpful. I had a room next to the street and during the night there was a permanent noise outside like a motor so it was difficult to fall asleep. I don't know if the windows can be more soundproof to avoid that noise. "
