East Side Hotels with Early Check In

"The rooms are like a college dorm room. We selected the bunk beds with a bathroom inside. The walls are glass so it was kind of awkward with my 21 year old son. The shower was awful. Like being sprayed from directly above with a fire hose. Other than that, a cool concept that helped us save money. Staff was really nice. Good location near Grand Central Station."

"Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom was dirty with hair. The picture on the wall wasn’t wiped down and there was splashes of substance on it.There was trash behind the ottoman in the bedroom. The bedsheets on one of the beds had some type of substance on it and some other dirty marks. "

"Room was spacious enough considering what people say about other hotels in NYC. Staff was as friendly as you will get in NYC, they were courteous changed me from a king to 2 queens per my request without a hitch. Also, the room they originally gave me the carpet was still damp and they just sent me 2 keys for another room immediately and were apologetic. I was very impressed with their service. Also, left our luggages with the bell service since we got to the hotel in the morning and left it again on our checkout date so we could go out in the meantime we left in the afternoon. They were great about that as well "

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and a perfect retreat after full days exploring the city. What really stood out was the service. Every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful, and they made the experience feel special for both of us. It was the perfect place to create memories on her first NYC trip. I’m happy to say it absolutely did not disappoint. If anything, it reminded me why I loved it so much in the first place—and why I’ll definitely be back again."
