"Came in for a women’s motorcycle event. The location is super conscientious to I8, with several small shops and amenities right in walking distance. William and Ashley were so helpful and even walked around our group handing out warm cookies in the evening. The pool and hot tub were clean and sunny. The shuttle to the casino was super easy and pleasant, and the fire pit out back was a huge hit! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We will definitely stay here again"

"The property is good in general, however, the response time for any request to provide service or support takes longer than expected. An incident of a barking dog in one of the rooms with no response from front desk, specially when the poor dog seemed to be alone for extended hours. Front Desk did not respond for our request to help with this because they don’t have security. Most housekeepers are non-English speakers unless you know Spanish language."

"First let me say if you are looking for a uniform standardized chain hotel experience this is not the place for you. However, if you want a truly unique and amazing stay with history, charm and personality I highly recommend Vineyard Hacienda. The property and the room were spotless, warm and inviting while also a bit quirky. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s small, I would guess less than 10 rooms and more like a B&B vibe. "The room was clean. The electrical outlets leave something to be desired, especially the ones next to the bed because they would not keep my wall charger in place to charge my phone. The shower door would not stay closed and would slide open a few inches for some reasons. There was an odor coming from the bathroom sink, the drain pipe might need to be cleaned. Breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and positive."
