Straight up sketchy location. Showed up and there were some shady things going on. The place is trashed and the "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke. Trash all around the parking lot and throughout the facility.

Está muy sucio todo el hotel y los cuartos huele. Mucho a cigarro en pocas palabras muy descuidado el hotel y el estacionamiento

No entiendo porque Expedía tiene este tipo de hoteles en su catálogo, Realmente fue una experiencia muy desagradable con las personas de origen india que tienen en el hotel rancho San Diego.
Solo porque lo había pagado si no me hubiera retirado de inmediato, la limpieza, personal, No dieron desayuno sin ningún tipo de explicación

You can tell this property is in the middle of some solid upgrades, which is great to see. There’s definitely potential here once everything is completed.
That said, my recent stay wasn’t as relaxing as past visits. The room I was assigned didn’t feel fully finished, which impacted comfort. It seems like they’re still working through renovations, so timing may affect your experience.
Breakfast was another area that could use improvement. It wasn’t really a continental setup—more of a “breakfast in a bag” with no choice in items. Coffee was available, but only if you specifically asked for it.
On the positive side, the effort to improve the property is noticeable, and with some refinement—especially around guest experience during renovations and breakfast options—this could easily become a much better stay.
If you’re booking, it might be worth checking if renovations are complete first.

Fell for photos which were nothing like the room itself looked and I didn't notice that the multiple and only 10 out of 10 reviews were from the same people (Sonia & Nadya) until now. Expedia claims they are verified booked guests but I beg to differ. There's no way these people didnt have the same bad experience as I did. Like other true reviewies, I found this place to not only be filthy but also unsafe. I was willing to overlook the chaos of remodeling and all the furniture and matresses in the parking lot which took about 1/3 of the parking spaces, but I'm not willing to overlook the clear disregard from the hotel staff and management of the homeless person camped out on said furniture in the parking lot at 7:30 in the morning. Staff should have taken action. The outlet and phone on the table between the beds had no power. While they were prompt in sending a maintenance person to fix it, it was clearly overlooked and it was blamed on the people that remodeled. Other things of more importance were the non- working smoke detector hanging from the ceiling and the fire sprinklers covered in masking tape. Coffee maker thrown on shelf in the vanity area with no coffee or cups. Toilet paper roll on top of toilet tank dispenper had no roll bar to hold it. Trash everywhere &in elevator. Room was not ready to be rented. Mgmt didn't seem to care when I expressed concern. "We will fix it" was the response. Should have been fixed BEFORE it was rented. Would stay away from this place

Rooms and building are dirty, outdated. Elevator stinks. There are splatter marks on the ceilings that can be ketchup or blood. Old TVs and furniture. Major construction in front of the building.

Gave me a room under construction. Seemed like every room was under construction. Trash everywhere, tile, trim furniture, electronics are broken. Shower leaked and shot straight up to the ceiling. The hot tub leaked, and i only found out because the manager came up and asked if i had overfilled it. Negative. It very obviously has been a problem. They said breakfast was available in the morning which was a grain bar and a small yogurt. I cannot stress enough how much you should run tf away from there and sleep under the overpass insteac.

Sheets had marker stains and a hole in the bedsheets. The lamp was flickering/missing a lamp shade and the tv didn’t work. Not sure if they were going through renovations because a bunch of furniture was outside some of the rooms we were the mattresses. The premises didn’t really match the photos online either.

Upon approaching this property, I thought, OH MY GOD!
It looked like a construction site: fences, parking lot filled with junk.
But, it was a renovation underway, so for future patrons, hopefully good things will come.
Check in was typically with Indian business owners: no smile, no welcoming greeting!
But when I got to the room . . . it GREAT . . . to a point!
Great beds, new headboards, new fridge and microwave!
AND GET THIS!
The BEST towel selection and decoration I have ever seen since staying at THE FOUR SEASONS in DC!
The towels were fantastic! Thick, newish and presented perfectly!
Now the bad! Everything looked newish --- but then they DID NOT paint the walls, nor were they washed in probably FOREVER!
The TV was small, but I guess it had to fit in the new furniture stand that held the Micro/Fridge.
The TV remote had no guide and to get from 2 to the 100s of channels you had to go one by one!
Lastly, I had a lady with a DOG (put dog owners separate from the rest of us) two doors down that was barking at the workers NON-STOP!
When I walked by, it came barking at me and I kicked it like a football --- it NEVER barked again when I came by after that!
During my three day stay, on Day 2, I gave the cleaning lady my two sullied bath towels before I went out for the day . . . she NEVER resupplied them!
I made certain to tell management!
This place has potential --- and if I ever come to this area, I will stay again.
But maintaining takes work, is this team up for it!

The room was insanely disgusting dead roaches no curtains by the bathroom smelled like weed drug dealers and homeless outside our door. Dirty wet towels outside our door. Trailer homes with homeless people parked on the parking lot I could not stay there. I returned the keys and left. I rather sleep in my car!
