"Our stay was for three nights, Friday to Monday. Check in on Friday was a bit disorganized and their excuse was that they had two weddings in the hotel and were sold out. I had booked this hotel 3 weeks prior to our arrival date. The room we were given was room 104 which supposedly was newly renovated and the front desk told us was an upgrade. "The room was clean , I had originally booked a king smoking room when I arrived late for check in about 30 min. The room hadn’t been checked out of. I told them I would need a smoking room of some sort. I was given a 2 bed room. The remote had dead battery’s , it an open concept for building detail so you will have to go outside to go to the vending machine or main office. "The property was amazing! The lobby and restaurants including Ruth Chris were outstanding. The hotel restaurant service was great. Our breakfast with server Diana was fabulous! We kept her running for coffee refills. And when we ordered a late night snack, it came in less than 30 minutes. Amazing!!"

"This is not a "smoke free" property. Your clothes will stink like the drugs from other guests. Despite the signage claiming the property is smoke free, the staff does not take this problem seriously. For the past week, they let the guy below me smoke weed all night. It's so bad it wakes me up. I've even seen housekeeping on his floor while the hallway reeked of his smoke, and they didn't do anything! I called the front desk twice about him hot boxing my bathroom and they don't care.
