"We had a spectacular Premier balcony room with a corner of windows overlooking the river! It was perfectly cleaned each day and perfect in every way. I recommend to splurge on this. The buffet at the Next2 Cafe had an impressive array of delicious offerings. The location was also near perfect within walking distance to breakfast, lunch , dinner, massage, MRT, ferries, and even a money exchange next door. A great base to explore anywhere you want to go. The pool was great to enjoy after a hot day...

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"Had a great time staying at Aira Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bow, Nana, Cherry and Som-o were the staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast buffet, the egg station was our favourite. Tasty meals. Nice lounge. Didnt get the chance to check out the rooftop restaurant but it will be our plan the next time."

"Lovely hotel, we used the pool, the gym, the sauna and steam room and everything was excellent. We were really happy with our room, it was spacious and very clean. The tokens are a nice touch - used ours for a bath bomb and some GCP merch. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was ornate and vast and they even had vegan options for us, clearly marked. The location is good, we took tuk tuks everywhere as well as their free shuttle to the metro. There is a 7-11 next door for snacks...
