"We had fumbled with our visas and ended up with an extra weekend in Bangkok. We were able to quickly pivot and book at Avani! What an experience! The staff was amazing! The room was stunning! The breakfast was incredibly tasty and varied each day! Loved the convenience of being able to water taxi into the city and the amenities were phenominal! Would highly recommend!"

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"Had a great time staying at Aira Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bow, Nana, Cherry and Som-o were the staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast buffet, the egg station was our favourite. Tasty meals. Nice lounge. Didnt get the chance to check out the rooftop restaurant but it will be our plan the next time."

"Staff we're totally amazing everyone was so respectful and genuine. My husband lost his wallet and when we checked with lost and found it was there with all the money in it. This was so wonderful for our trip. We respect the staff in the honesty. We love the accommodations the pool was amazing loved our room right on the river. The breakfast buffet was the best we ever had"
