Cari Hotel di Arab Saudi

"We’ve been upgraded to full view of kaabah masyallah . Thank you so much Miss Ubaidah for the upagrde Beds we’re so confortable I had no trouble sleeping everytime. Amenities were great. Breakfast was good. One of the best highlights of my hajj journey Location is the best. Connected to mall as well Will bring my kids and my mum to this hotel for umrah soon"

"All good"

"My experience was a bit odd here. I booked this hotel based on my brother's recommendation. Upon arrival, the reception employee was taking his sweet time checking me in. He even said "you seem a bit sick Sir" in Arabic. What bothered me is seeing a missed call to my personal phone after I went up to my room. Quite illogical. Why not call my room? What made you even call my number and disturb me the moment I check in? I still do not know. Next day, I get a call to my room about checkout, and the...

"Extended my stay via a separate booking and it took 3 separate reminders at front desk to retain the original room booked. Even then, on the day of extension, front desk claimed my room wasn't in the system despite it being paid for. Sheer laziness on his part, his colleague had to intervene to sort it out. Poor service overall this time round in an otherwise outstanding premises. "

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"It’s a clean Room very kind staff and the Breakfast pretty good"

"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"Excellent 👍"

"Everything went amazing Mashaa Allah. I loved this place."
