"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Their excellent customer service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided a great atmosphere. The location was also excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and other important areas. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The combination of friendly staff, a great location, and a comfortable environment made this a memorable experience. "I’m currently staying in one of the refurbished superior rooms on the 26th floor at Makkah Hotel. The room is huge, fresh, and beautifully modern. Construction is ongoing at the hotel, but it doesn’t impact guests at all. I stayed here last year as well and it’s been a real pleasure coming back. Breakfast is decent, and the housekeeping team are true professionals — very attentive and respectful. I would highly recommend Makkah Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Makkah. If you can, book a superior room — it’s worth it. The only small issue was the WiFi since last night, it’s been a bit hit and miss. Otherwise this would have been a perfect 10/10 for me."
