"The hotel location was very good, haram 5-8 minute walk. The housekeeping staff was very good. Cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh towels as well as water. Bellboys were good. When we called them to take up/down luggage, came straight away. We did not use other services such as breakfast, laundry so can't comment. A laungry shop was 2 minutes away as well as money exchange. "

The main reason we chose to stay here was at it was of close walking distance to the haram. During the day there was many places where we could go shopping and places to eat. "

"Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay.
