"Firstly the check in was terrible, I was waiting for another guest but suddenly I figured out that there are staff inside hiding didn't want to help and the one who was in the reception didn't bother himself to call someone from inside to help me with that. Second the room was not clean we found some chocolate wrap in the room. Third the pool was a mess and not clean at all not filtered nothing at all. Also, during my whole stay there were used dirty dishes in the hallway corner ,until we left,...

"Very friendly people. I had very little time for laundry and they did it in a couple of hours. Wonderful service. It is one of the oldest hotels so it’s a little out dated but still in very good conditions. No restaurant but their bar food is great and continental breakfast is also good and lots of food. Coffee is made at the moment you order it is fresh and delicious. Rooms are very spacious and very Saudi decor. "
