Terminal S at KSIA is supposed to be completely renovated , it is way way way below international standards. Especially the following facilities are a complete shame to Saudi Arabia: - public toilets - waiting lounge.

Arrived with two large luggages nobody helped me take them from car. Waited 20 minutes to check in— still nobody helped me move luggage to room afterward. Next day tried to call reception to help with luggage, no answer. Poor service all in all; disappointing. Won’t be returning.
